oh my my I came in yesterday around 6:30PM for some dinner with the girls through drive thru, I was greeted with gods voice through the speaker asking me what I was after. So polite and patient. Don't even get me started on the girl at 2nd window named Mia she was the most nicest sweet soul ever. 1000000000% coming back just to see mias smile :)

I'm not usually one to write reviews on public forums, but the service I received was genuinely uplifting and it's made such a lasting impression. I came through drive through around 10am last thursday and was served by a girl with dark hair at the cash window. I complimented her on her patience and kindness, and told her not many workers her age have the same energy she does. She was kind, smiled, and told me thank you for the compliment. I then went to the next window where she was again helping with the bagging and was with her manager Christine. Both had amazing service skills. I can't remember the first girls name but tell her she's amazing! Keep up the good work Hungry Jacks!!

I visited Hungry Jack’s recently and wanted to leave a review about the young woman who served me, although I didn’t quite catch her name. I think it may have been Ayen? Ayan?. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, with such a positive attitude that immediately made the experience better. She took my order efficiently, made sure everything was correct, and my food came out very quickly and freshly made. She also checked that I had everything I needed and genuinely seemed to care about providing great customer service. Staff like her really make a difference and are the reason customers want to come back.

This restaurant is consistently busy, and all of the staff appear highly professional. I visited today and ordered two BBQ cheeseburgers then I saw a young Indian man making the burgers really quick and despite all the orders I still got mine really quick.When I received my order, the burgers were well presented and tasted excellent. I had initially expected the food to feel rushed due to the speed of service, but this was not the case. The service was quick, and the food quality was outstanding.

Great experience overall. The restaurant, well-organised, and service was quick. The food came out fresh, hot, and tasted AMAZING! The staff were friendly and efficient, and the whole team worked really well together. Were not from melton, we came in as a quick stop around 7:30 last night. One staff member, Amaiya or Amaya, i can’t remember as all i heard was her co-workers calling her the name, but was especially helpful when taking our order as me and my husband didn’t know what to get She was very polite and patient, and once she was done with us she went straight back to making fries and helping pack orders with her co-workers! Would definitely come back

I don't understand why there is a drive through. They take your order, and you always have to drive around and wait, and wait, and wait. They usually get the orders wrong, which is frustrating if you have already driven off. From experience you want to be served you have to go through drive through. Your wrong if you think you can go in store and pick up your online order- even if it is one single Sunday or frozen drink! We waited 20 mins for a Bischoff sunday- only to be told they have run out of biscoffe it was one single item, and someone should have seen it and called us up. My review here is nothing against the wonderful staff and schools kids who work here - it's towards management & the way things are done. Not sure if it is a staffing issues but they need more people on.

This is my first review and I just want to say how DELICIOUS my burger was this evening, usually I expect mediocre burgers from this location but today was different. The burger was actually made with care instead of being a mess in the packaging like it usually is. Not to mention how there was a perfect amount of toppings in this burger. Props to whoever prepared this masterpiece

I recently came through drive-through, The two young girls through drive through were amazing. I believe their names was elle and Laila? elle’s service at the speaker was great, so respectful and Laila was very helpful when our order was incorrect. If this is how hungry jacks service is everywhere I’ll be returning!

Ordered a large whopper meal and accedently spilt some of the drink (which was no fault of theirs). They let us keep the spilt drink and got us a new one. Food was fresh and yum.
